Had time to do some editing this evening. Here's another from Sunday's Walton gardens shoot in monotone. I've added some pattern to give a textured look. I'm really into subtle texture paper at the moment, I think it works really well with both black and white or monotone prints.

 Got some weddings and a fashion shoot coming up over the next month so it's going to be fun and super busy :-)

My knowledge of blogs has improved. I've found other bloggers, that's about as much of an improvement i've made though!!!! I don't know how and it all still confuses me. I've been reading about everything from yoga and music to fashion and a lot of the bloggers seem to be a dab hand at this compared to myself.

Another busy day with plenty of images to sort through from the weekend. These few here are from an evening stroll around Chester with my fiancee Paula we had waffle's, i had a coffee then a mooch around the park and down to the river.

I had my 50mm prime lens with me, the light was dimming so decided to have a bit of out of focus fun, playing with varying amounts of blur and bokeh. I've added some grain and de-saturated during the processing in lightroom....

We can do.... and we will do. Sometimes you have to graft graft graft. 3 family lifestyle shoots in 2 different locations on the same day. Lots of fun, with 6 children keeping me on my toes. Loving the autumnal colours and really looking forward to seeing the results. Should have some images on here in a day or 2, also on my facebook page.

Back from a day climbing high trees in the wind at Delamere and a fine meal at the Thatch near Nantwich for a friends 30th, had an excellent time. Just made a few black and white re-edits with added grain of images I shot last year, could shoot these 2 all day. Tomorrow is a double family lifestyle shoot. Very much looking forward to that and will hopefully get some nice autumnal images to show following the recent strong winds and leaf fall.

First images added to my new blog. These are from last Tuesday, from a jaunt to the Bison grill Corwen. We stopped off at loggerheads and Ruthin. It was wild and windy and hurricane Gonzalo was letting us know it is very much Autumn now. So these were taken on 50mm manual focus prime lens,which is all I had with me, they are a little different from my usual documentary style people photog. Always look forward to autumn time for many reasons photos, food, real ale pubs and surf!!
